Consumer Cellular moves headquarters to Tigard with room for 250 more employees
PORTLAND — Consumer Cellular’s leaders will move the company’s corporate headquarters from Bridgeport Village to a new spot in Tigard, Portland Business Journal reported.
The new spot has room for another 250 workers, or twice as many as Consumer currently employs. A company spokeswoman said the hiring will take place over time, as opposed to immediately.

“At the very core of Consumer Cellular is our dedication to providing exemplary service for our more than two million customers, which is driven by our dedicated employees,” said John Marick, Consumer Cellular’s CEO, in a release.
“As we continue to grow, we’re excited about the opportunity to multiply our employee volume and expand further in our hometown.”
